CoatOps onboarding

Start with the operating model, then learn the screens.

The onboarding library is organized into short modules so recordings can be replaced as workflows mature without invalidating the whole training program.

Video onboarding library

Publish recordings against certified workflows.

No unapproved or stale video is embedded here. This page is the stable home for the modular CoatOps onboarding series as each workflow is certified for release.

  • Short role-specific modules
  • Release-certified screens only
  • Sanitized training company and demo data
  • Replaceable chapters instead of one long recording

Onboarding sequence

The six modules every operator should understand.

01Choose your workspace
Owner/Admin work belongs in the Operations Console. Employee field work belongs in the Crew App.
02Understand the job record
Follow approved scope from estimate and proposal into job planning instead of rebuilding the work after handoff.
03Schedule for readiness
Treat a date and crew as scheduling evidence, not readiness evidence. Confirm the conditions needed to dispatch.
04Run field work
Use assignments, time, forms, evidence, and job context from the Crew App while keeping tenant and role boundaries intact.
05Handle changes and evidence
Keep field changes and supporting evidence attached to the same job record so office and crew see the same operational truth.
06Close the job cleanly
Complete the release-certified closeout workflow before treating the job as operationally complete.
